This is a full day course. The use of breathwork will begin the process of locating your blocked emotions in your body. Once located you will be given the opportunity to take a look at the energy (colour/shape) of the blockage. From there Ruth will guide you to go into the subconscious to find unresolved issues which are creating the particular blockage and thereby resolve the issue (yuck berry) as it is brought to the conscious level.
As Ruth has had over 30 years of experience in this field, she will make sure there is completion of the process on all levels – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The Aura Light bottles will be used throughout the workshop to assist you in your various processes. Aura Lights are a collection of bottles and water. Enclosed within are essential oils of Aromatherapy, Australian flower essences, shell essences, crystals & colour. The bottle is used by applying a few drops to the hands, inhaling it and placing it on the body and/or in the aura. This will assist in bringing balance and harmony on all levels: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual & psychic.
In addition, the process also includes Cutting of Lines-of-Energy from people who are affecting you. Also, there will be a Guided Meditation / Creative Visualisation ( Completion Process). This may include: l earn to connect to the Spiritual Universe, White-Light Technique, Meditation, Uses of Creative Visualisation, and Aura Cleansing.
