SELF DISCOVERY EMOTIONAL RELEASE WORKSHOP
This is a full day course. The use of breathwork will begin the process of locating your blocked emotions in your body. Once located you will be given the opportunity to take a look at the energy (colour/shape) of the blockage. Stress is a byword of this era. In an age of medical miracles, it is a malaise whichtouches all.Even those who are aerobically fit can fall prey to 'low spirits'- the milddepression and lethargy which can follow a burst of energy in a high demandsituation. For others with chronic health conditions, stress situations can puttheir energy levels back even further.
As we move further into the 21st Century, forms of energy regeneration will becomethe next scientific milestone. There are many traditional ways to modify the effectsof stress on the human body and mind: meditation, yoga, tai chi and qi gong to namea few of the more popular ones. Stemming from ancient traditions, such systems ofstress relief require daily discipline and regular classes to maintain full effect.
There is another way.A simple technique has been discovered which induces inner calm, enhances wellbeingand enthusiasm for life, as well as renewing one's sense of purpose. On 29 December Pluto, the Planetoid which radiates the energy of fundamental change, rebirth and innovation, is directly aligned with the Galactic Center. The Galactic Center is a gateway, or portal, in our near universe that facilitates the connection between our world and the worlds of unlimited loving and empowering energy. The exact alignment between Pluto and the Galactic Center happens once every 248 years.
Whenever Pluto is passing through the sign of Sagittarius, it shows us the limited beliefs and perceptions of which we're reluctant to let go. Pluto also inspires us with the power of trust and shows us how we can recycle the old so that we can experience the expansion of the new. The sign of Sagittarius always challenges us to listen to our inner voice and to embrace what we really want to be by converting our fears into the fuel required to move forward in our lives.

Journey of My Life
Getting to know you, what is your name? I mean I would like to get to know you better. First I like to introduce myself, my name is Magdalene Presley. My profession, I have been in the automobile industry For 20 years. Mainly selling Daimler, Jaguar, BMW and Mercedes Benz. My career has brought me to the Elite circle in my society. My hobbies, I am an occasional Golfer, have been in the golf fever and have played in many golf courses. I’ve also played in some tournament championship golf club which hosts Tiger Wood too.
My hard journey starts when I lost almost all my money in my business, investments and business joint venture in a detergent factory. Without any experience in business but has a big head for success so I jumped into an investment field without calculating the risk and that is the lesson I learnt. I was out there lost and broke and at the same time was facing family life crisis. That's my biggest challenge in life, how to get out of these mess. The key to this challenge is to let go, let go of the whole investment, accept lost and let go at the right timing. It sound so easy but many can't do it. It's only when I finally letting it go and it's like putting down a whole of burden I have been carrying on my shoulders all these years, suddenly I feel a search of real live come through my senses which I never felt before. I feel I am as free as a bird able to fly and souring to new heights.
It took a very strong will power to sustain through these years. My survival through the crashed of my business and family crisis, was through will power, in order for me obtain this will power to self empowerment was through meditations. I used the right meditation and powerful meditation script that is directed to address these problems. This is the best of the best form all that I have learned for my mentors.
I was like a walking ghost living in a body. I went through sleepless nights, almost five years and every night I was reading books on meditations and mind science, human psychology, human basic Instinct for survival for the one purpose: seeking for the meaning in life. I have traveled to join meditations classes and workshops on self- healing programs in many countries. I have mentors from Australia, Canada, England, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand & Malaysia.
As I travel my journey to seek for the meaning in life and to find myself, I finally found myself. After years, I have neglected myself, now I learned to listen to my inner voice, my inner cry, to heal the inner child of myself, to live a whole fulfilling life. I have been reading a lots of self healing books, mind science and power of the subconscious mind, as a hobby and travel to many places and bought books from The World Biggest Bookshop in Canada that has a lots of self empowerment techniques which I find it very interesting and very powerful. And also the Mysterious Bookshop in England, using subliminal effect for self improvements and self motivations programs.

The key to this challenge is to let go, let go of the whole investment, accept lost and let go at the right timing. It sound so easy but many can't do it. It's only when I finally letting it go and it's like putting down a whole of burden I have been carrying on my shoulders all these years, suddenly I feel a search of real live come through my senses which I never felt before. I feel I am as free as a bird able to fly and souring to new heights.
It took a very strong will power to sustain through these years. My survival through the crashed of my business and family crisis, was through will power, in order for me obtain this will power to self empowerment was through meditations. I used the right meditation and powerful meditation script that is directed to address these problems. This is the best of the best form all that I have learned for my mentors.
I was like a walking ghost living in a body. I went through sleepless nights, almost five years and every night I was reading books on meditations and mind science, human psychology, human basic Instinct for survival for the one purpose: seeking for the meaning in life. I have traveled to join meditations classes and workshops on self- healing programs in many countries. I have mentors from Australia, Canada, England, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand & Malaysia.
As I travel my journey to seek for the meaning in life and to find myself, I finally found myself. After years, I have neglected myself, now I learned to listen to my inner voice, my inner cry, to heal the inner child of myself, to live a whole fulfilling life. I have been reading a lots of self healing books, mind science and power of the subconscious mind, as a hobby and travel to many places and bought books from The World Biggest Bookshop in Canada that has a lots of self empowerment techniques which I find it very interesting and very powerful. And also the Mysterious Bookshop in England, using subliminal effect for self improvements and self motivations programs.

LIVE A LIFE WHOLE
‘There is in all things …. A hidden wholeness,’ in the human world as wee as the world of nature’
In our everyday lives, we are afraid that our inner light will be extinguished, or our inner darkness exposed, we hide our true identities & become separated from our own souls.
We end up living a divided life, removed from our birthright wholeness.
The divided life comes in many and varied forms; the example of life we may lead when;
We refuse to invest our selves in our work, diminishing its quality and distancing ourselves from those it is meant to serve.
We make our living at jobs that violate our basic values, even when survival does not absolutely demand it.
We remain in settings for relationships that are steadily killing our spirit.
We harbor secrets to achieve personal gain at the expense of other people.
We hide our beliefs from those who disagree with us to avoid conflicts, challenges and change.
We conceal our true identities for fear of being critized, shunned or attacked.
We create unnecessary jealousy out of uncontrolled emotions that causes our actions only to regrets.
This divided life comes first from personal experience. A “still, small voice “speaks the truth about me, my work, or the world. I hear it and yet as if I did not. I withhold to a personal gift that might serve a good end as commit myself to a project that I do not really believe in or totally no controlled over it. I keep silent on an issue I should address or actively break faith with one of my own convictions of greed. I deny my inner darkness, giving it more power over me. Or I project it into other people, creating ‘enemies’ where none exist. I pay a steep price when I live a divided life. Feeling fraudulent,
Anxious about being found out, and depressed by the fact that I am denying my own selfhood. The people around me pay a price as well, for now they walk on ground of no fault of theirs.
These can lead to greater pains and sufferings in living a life long divided life, is not a failure of ethics, it is a failure of human wholeness. There were epidemics of suicides and frequent cases of insanity usually homicidal, men even kill themselves and dig their grievances. Wholeness is always a choice “Being Whole” is a self-evident good. Take courage to break out of it and embrace your own truth toward living. Each time we get in touch with the truth we carry within the inner truth and let our reality to the outer world. There is a net moral gain for all concerned, help heal the world and move up to a higher purpose in life.
The Buddha said ‘Look within’ thou art the Buddha” it is all about finding the Teacher within you. Not outside yourself. You find the face of God that is of your own face, look within, your true teacher is your soul, the Divine Presence within you. This is when you will find your guidance for your life. When you work with your inner self, your Guardian Angel, you’ll learn to do everything with love, remember your guardian angel is always by your side in what ever you do. Now I do everything with love. The emphasis on love a driving force for seeking new understanding and rediscovery of the way of life, when the power of love was prominent. The power of goodwill and the power of the actions of a single loving individual.
